Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas Reopens July 1

Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas has announced its reopening date of July 1, 2020. The 389-room luxury hotel—which has a smoke-free and gaming-free environment—will have new safety and cleanliness measures in place to instill confidence in guests and employees.

Hilton has announced a new program, “Hilton CleanStay with Lysol” protection. New elevated processes and employee training have been developed with RB, maker of Lysol and Dettol, so Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas guests can enjoy a clean and safe stay from check-in to checkout. New standards for Hilton CleanStay include a Hilton CleanStay Room Seal to indicate that a room has not been accessed since being thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, and flexible housekeeping options.

On-property food and beverage options include the opening of Zen Café where guests can order breakfast and lunch for takeaway starting at 7:30 a.m. daily; SkyBar, located on the 23rd floor, will be open daily at 5:30 p.m. and will offer hand-crafted cocktails, small bites and floor-to-ceiling views of the Las Vegas strip.

The hotel’s pool, available exclusively to hotel guests, will be open at 8:00 a.m. daily. The poolside bar, available Wednesday through Sunday, and food, available Friday to Sunday, will open at 11:30 a.m.  Guests will also have the option of renting cabanas by the day.

If you're looking for the top digs, one option would be the Presidential One Bedroom Suite. It's the hotel's largest one-bedroom suite (3,000 square feet) and has an open-plan kitchen, sitting room, bar, dining room and media room with Bang & Olufsen surround sound and seating for eight guests. Bonus: A fitness area includes a Technogym Kinesis Wall and an exercise bike.
