The Warwick Melrose – Dallas Unveils New Additions

Dallas' historic hotel, Warwick Melrose – Dallas is wrapping up a major renovation, refreshing its 184 guestrooms, suites and Presidential Suite along with resort-style amenities. The hotel has also added a pool and full-service luxury spa for the first time in its nearly 100-year history, as well as the 6,000-square-foot Turtle Creek Grand Ballroom.

Featuring views of the Dallas skyline, the Warwick Melrose has classic marble-floored lobby with ornate chandeliers and vintage Hemingway touches such as the wrought-iron mail drop first used by residents of The Melrose Court Apartments in 1924. Its sunlit rooms and suites retain this historic character, but the walls, drapes and furniture have been redone to reflect a contemporary palette. Soft pearl hues and organic textures extend to the bathrooms that now feature glass-enclosed showers and marble flooring with new vanities, luminous mirrors and toilets. Additionally, in-room entertainment now includes Chromecast with Google TV so guests can personalize their viewing preferences.

Le Spa

Le Spa by Warwick Melrose, a new full-service luxury spa featuring European skincare by Valmont and Phytomer, features a stylish lounge, steam rooms and six treatment suites. The Warwick Melrose’s new 1,225-square-foot pool and chaise lounge areas extend the resort experience with full-service food and beverage, besides an on-site bar and cabanas. Rounding out the experience is the new Turtle Creek Grand Ballroom with high ceilings and no pillars, allowing for a completely open venue that includes a 2,500-square-foot pre-function space styled with traditional red brick and a flat façade. All of the updates were made in careful consideration of the Warwick Melrose’s surrounding Oak Lawn community and match the property’s original structure.

The refurbished guestrooms, pool, Le Spa, and the Turtle Creek Grand Ballroom are all available for booking. As always, valet parking is offered on-site.
