TTC's Updated Loyalty Program Aims to Drive Repeat Bookings for Advisors

The Travel Corporation New Loyalty Program

The Travel Corporation (TTC) has announced it is updating its customer loyalty program across its portfolio of brands into a simpler, two-tiered reward system.

In a written statement TTC Chief Executive Brett Tollman said that, as part of the program, it will run exclusive offers to drive subsequent bookings back to travel advisors. “Sales managers will also have access to past guest lists and will have offers or promotions available to them, so advisors are able to actively target these leads themselves,” he said.

The updated loyalty program is divided into two tiers. Tier 1 recognizes all past guests who have traveled one to four times with any applicable TTC brand, offering benefits such as priority access, up to 5 percent discount on some dates, on some trips, and an exclusive 5 percent off on new release trips for a limited time, plus private secret sales and special recognition while on the trip.

Tier 2 recognizes all past guests who have traveled five times or more with any applicable TTC brand. These guests will enjoy all the benefits of Tier 1, on any trip, any country, any time.

The TTC said that the loyalty program is applicable to participating guided and cruise brands such as Trafalgar, Costsaver, Insight Vacations, Luxury Gold, Uniworld, U River Cruises and Contiki.

The TTC said that travel advisors can contact their dedicated sales manager for details or visit https://ttc.com/loyalty.
