Girls’ Guide to the World, which provides women-only travel experiences and is abbreviated as GG2W, has announced a new journey for 2025. The new luxury expedition offers an opportunity to explore the Galápagos Islands and the Ecuadorian Amazon. Guests will sail through the Galápagos onboard a private yacht before flying to Ecuador for a stay at a remote, eco-conscious Amazonian lodge.
Good to know: Both the yacht and La Selva Eco-Lodge & Retreat in the Ecuadorian Amazon are owned by women. This collaboration celebrates female entrepreneurship while offering guests a chance to support businesses that align with their values.
Travelers will begin their journey aboard a private deluxe yacht chartered for a small group of only 10 women. They can spot wildlife and experience the landscapes as they sail through the Galápagos Islands in tranquility. The yacht for this journey has achieved carbon-neutral status, representing a commitment to eco-friendly travel that aligns with the responsible exploration of these environments.

After exploring the islands, travelers will venture deep into the Ecuadorian Amazon to stay at the La Selva Lodge. It is located two hours by boat and 30 minutes by paddle canoe from the nearest access point. Guests will journey through the rainforest, witnessing wildlife up close and engaging with local communities.
This Galápagos and Amazon adventure invites women to connect with each other and the environment on a deeper level, while celebrating the women behind the businesses that make this journey possible.
