Omniyat has announced the launch of ORLA, Dorchester Collection, Dubai. Designed by Foster + Partners and managed by Dorchester Collection, the residential building is situated on a beachfront plot at the apex of Palm Jumeirah’s crescent.
The luxury property is located on a seven-acre beachfront plot, with 270-degree views stretching from Dubai’s skyline to the waters of the Arabian Gulf. ORLA, Dorchester Collection, Dubai houses 86 two- to four-bedroom residences, three sky palaces and a large mansion. Each residence has oversized terraces, double-height ceilings (up to 19 feet) and European appliances. There is also a resident-only beach club; a large infinity, temperature-controlled outdoor pool; a private cinema; a fitness center; a business center with two meeting rooms, a boardroom and a multi-functional events space; and library and cigar lounges.
ORLA is the fourth Omniyat development in Dubai to be managed by Dorchester Collection. It was inaugurated as part of a launch event on November 23 onboard one of Europe’s largest superyachts. The event, which hosted VIP guests, was attended by senior executives from Omniyat and featured a performance by Elissa, a well-known artist in the Arab world.
