Located on the east coast of Mauritius, the nearly 10,000-square-foot villa has two stories with six bedrooms with quartz vanity tops and Espa bath products. The master suite offers a private terrace with island and sea views. The property also offers private gardens.
In the self-sufficient private residence, the open plan kitchen and living spaces form the central hub of the property. The living areas showcase regionally made furniture, while the kitchen showcases custom Italian-inspired elements, besides granite countertops and Smeg appliances. Villa Charlotte also has an 82-foot saltwater pool, besides a gym and spa. There's a circular fire pit with accompanying seating area, barbecue and bar, poolside loungers and an entertainment room. A catering kitchen and separate staff accommodations allow for seamless service and guest privacy.
A stay at Villa Charlotte is accompanied by an on-site team, including a house manager, chef and sous chef, butler and service staff, and housekeepers.
