Villa Yeppa Now Welcoming Guests for Stays in Emilia-Romagna, Italy

Yeppa Studios—the team behind Atlanta restaurants Storico Fresco, Forza Storico and Yeppa & Co. from Pietro Gianni and Stephen Peterson—has announced the opening of Villa Yeppa in the Emilia-Romagna region of Northern Italy. Now available for rentals from Friday to Thursday, the property is located on the grounds of the family-run Enio Ottaviani Winery.

Situated within a nature reserve near the Adriatic Sea, Villa Yeppa offers a connection between Yeppa’s Atlanta restaurants and its Italian roots, as many of the wines available at its Atlanta restaurants are sourced from this very winery. A 60-year-old, family-run winery located in San Clemente, Enio Ottaviani has been passed on from generation to generation.

Accommodating up to 14 guests, the villa has eight guestrooms, including a two-room suite with a shared bathroom complete with double vanities and showers. All other rooms have private bathrooms, and each room has a king-sized bed, fully stocked vanity set and large windows. Pretty cool: Ground-floor rooms have hidden doors that open directly onto the villa’s veranda. The walls are decorated with artworks by Chizu Kobayashi.

The villa also has a full outdoor kitchen and a second-floor kitchenette, offering convenience and versatility for guests. The lower-level club room includes an additional kitchenette, a full bathroom and lounging spaces accessible through the villa or directly from the pool deck. The pool at Villa Yeppa is 100 percent saltwater and is integrated with the surrounding landscape.

Located a short drive from the Adriatic Sea, a racing track, historic towns with shopping, restaurants and wineries, and more, the villa is a year-round destination. It offers experiences for all kinds of travelers: a five-hour bike ride through landscapes of Monte San Bartolo nature reserve, a direct transport from Villa Yeppa to the sea, a sunset cruise, sailing by the coast of Gabicce and Monte San Bartolo with wine and freshly cooked mussels.

Pricing varies based on the season and type of reservation, ranging from self-catered stays or fully inclusive packages tailored to the needs of each group. Guests have a dedicated point of contact at the Enio Ottaviani Winery to assist with reservations, car services and bespoke services.
