Relais & Châteaux has welcomed a U.S. hotel into the collection. The new member, Spicer Mansion, is located in the sleepy town of Mystic, CT. This historic hotel was originally built in 1853 and was recently restored. Guests should plan on dining in The Restaurant at Spicer Mansion, which serves a six-course tasting menu.
