Signature Travel Network has announced the election of its new board of directors at the annual Owners’ Meeting. Comprising owners of member agencies, the board of directors is elected by shareholders annually.
“I am always humbled by the owners who want to serve this great organization. As a cooperative, having a strong board of directors is instrumental in driving a business plan that supports our members and their advisors” said Alex Sharpe, president and CEO of Signature Travel Network.
“Since we joined 16 years ago, I have been impressed by how the dedicated board and the brilliant minds of the Signature team support the entire membership and I’m honored to serve,” said newly elected board member, Monika Leuenberger.
Olga Placeres, returning chair of the board, added “Armed with the knowledge and wisdom gained from our collective experiences, we will continue to navigate the ever-changing landscape and embrace new possibilities. Our commitment to growth, innovation, and excellence remains resolute as we forge ahead into a future that holds tremendous potential.”
