Andaz West Hollywood, located on the Sunset Strip, announced it will resume operations on June 22. The property has implemented various enhancements to ensure guests feel safe and secure while enjoying all hotel amenities, including dining and the heated rooftop pool.

Andaz West Hollywood has 219 guestrooms and 20 suites offering views of the Hollywood Hills, Sunset Strip and Downtown Los Angeles. Select suites, adorned with local art, offer rain showers, marble baths and balconies. As for that rooftop pool? Andaz says it’s highest rooftop pool in Los Angeles; be sure to reserve a private cabana. The hotel’s Riot House Market will be open to purchase food, wines, beers and premixed cocktails that can be enjoyed in a guestroom or by the pool. There will also be contactless room service available.
Guests will be able to limit in-person contact by using the World of Hyatt mobile app to check-in and checkout, enter their rooms, order room service, cast shows on the TV using Chromecast and more. For travelers who prefer to check-in with a team member, the process will be done outdoors at the hotel’s front entrance.
In order to keep guests and team members safe, Andaz West Hollywood has implemented new operational guidelines and protocols that are a part of Hyatt’s Global Care & Cleanliness Commitment, including training employees about new processes for hygiene and cleanliness, constantly cleaning public areas, placing hand sanitizer stations throughout the hotel, ensuring employees wear protective masks and equipment and enforcing social distancing. In addition, the hotel will keep lobby-level doors and windows open to allow for air flow, as well as doors at the ends of each floor of the 14-story building. Guestroom windows also open should guests choose to do so.
