Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has launched a branded collection of private villas and mansions, Mandarin Oriental Exclusive Homes, in partnership with StayOne.
The initial selection of Mandarin Oriental Exclusive Homes is located in popular leisure destinations throughout Europe and ranges from a Georgian-style manor house in a 600-acre private estate in the heart of the Cotswolds, to beachfront villas in the South of France and the Balearics, including a villa on its own private island. The homes have been tailored to suit different customer needs, including secluded intimacy, family-friendly attractions and party scenarios. The offering is enhanced by the service provided by a team having local knowledge and insights of each destination, ensuring an exclusive experience for guests.
Mandarin Oriental Exclusive Homes have been inspected by StayOne and undergo health and safety audits, including increased hygiene awareness in response to COVID-19, overseen by Mandarin Oriental’s risk management team. The residences are only accessible via the Mandarin Oriental Exclusive Homes platform. From initial booking right through to departure, a dedicated concierge will be at hand 24/7 to assist with pre-arrival requests and to arrange local experiences and transportation. An in-house private chef approved by Mandarin Oriental’s culinary experts will design bespoke menus based on guest preferences and local seasonal produce.
Guests can enjoy daily service inspired by the brand’s signature housekeeping standards. Special arrangements for children of all ages, for instance, specialized amenities/equipment and tailored child-friendly local experiences will be available. The villa experience will include a range of signature amenities such as bathrobes and sustainable bamboo toothbrushes. Special benefits and experiences are provided for members of “Fans of M.O.”—the group’s guest-recognition program.
The villa on the Tagomago Private Island is a sole residence on a 148-acre Mediterranean private island, just minutes by boat off the east coast of Ibiza. The island is a protected area for local birds and includes walking trails and a historic lighthouse. Rental includes private boat transfers and access to water sports. The Palms, San José is a cliff-top escape, surrounded by pine trees and olive groves offering 180-degree views of Ibiza.
