The Luxury Collection Hotels & Resorts has announced its completions of renovations of Santa Marina, a Luxury Collection Resort, Mykonos. The resort has debuted new facilities, hotel room accommodations, and updates on three villas.
The resort’s new OASIS Pool & Lounge is a luxury infinity-edge pool surrounded by sun loungers and sunken lounge areas. The new GINKGO SPA uses water elements to create a calming, balanced environment. There are five treatment rooms and offers treatments ESPA & Phytomer products that reflect the geography and culture of the destination.
Designed by Silivina Macipe Krontiras (SMK Interiors), the 114 room and suite furnishings are custom made and feature natural materials like teak wood and linen. The villas have their own unique design and were individually designed and decorated using noble woods, stone, and natural fabrics. Each of the thirteen villas, including the three new ones, has its own private outdoor patio and private pool. Each residence also offers butler service.
Santa Marina is famous for being the location of the world’s first Buddha-Bar Beach, offering Mediterranean and Greek fusion cuisine, complemented by celebrated signature Buddha-Bar specialties.
The Luxury Collection’s Santa Marina is located on the southern tip of the Greek island of Mykonos, just five minutes from Mykonos Town. The resort offers views of the Aegean Sea, Ornos Bay, and nearby islands, as well as the pristine white sands of the only private beach on Mykonos.
The Luxury Collection is part of Marriott International Inc. and is made up of hotels and resorts around the world.
