Six Senses Crans-Montana Announces Wellness Festival

Six Senses is expanding its “Alma Frequency” experience to Six Senses Crans-Montana, held June 5–8. This four-day mountain edition of the festival will host health and wellness experts and will offer a program of progressive wellness, longevity science, holistic healing and immersive practices.

"Alma Frequency" is the brainchild of Talana Bestall, who sought to curate a gathering rooted in longevity and well-being. Touted as "more flexible than a retreat, more intimate than a festival," this gathering enables guests to choose their own adventure based on the sessions that appeal to them. They can hike, eat, move and share ideas freely with visionaries in a collaborative setting. Since April 2020, Six Senses has explored different aspects of wellness through the “Friends of Six Senses” series, which fosters a platform and audience for "voices to open the mind to future growth." The "Alma Frequency" series marks its latest manifestation, helping participants reflect, understand and relate more deeply to themselves, others and the world around them.

Program highlights include the following:

  • Longevity & Performance – Speakers include James Nestor, breathwork expert and author of “Breath: The New Science of a Lost Art;” Dr. Jessica Shepherd, a board-certified gynecologist specializing in hormone optimization; and Taryn Toomey, founder of The Class, a music-driven somatic exercise practice.
  • Movement & Strength – Full-body sculpting, complete with a mountain adventure of nature hikes and sessions featuring Luuk Melisse, founder of Sanctum, which blends physical activity with spiritual reflection. In partnership with Technogym, the AI-driven assessment station Technogym Checkup scans physical and cognitive parameters to deliver a personalized training protocol.
  • Reconnection & Spirit – Sonic journeys, rituals of renewal, and an exploration of astrology and neuroscience with Rosa Theodora, astrologer and wellness practitioner.
  • Nurture & Nourish – Communal dinners, insights and workshops on intuitive nutrition and holistic well-being, spearheaded by Jasmine Hemsley, three-time bestselling author focused on Ayurvedic principles.

Guests will enjoy an all-inclusive three-night stay at Six Senses Crans-Montana (Terrace, Superior Terrace or Deluxe Terrace rooms), gaining full access to the workshops, movement sessions, daily communal meals and curated mountain experiences throughout the four-day festival.
