With this offering, guests staying at Sofitel Rome Villa Borghese can browse a curated selection of luggage options from various local stores, catering to different price points and style options. Once a guest has made their luggage selection, the hotel’s concierge will coordinate with First Luggage’s VIP service team to facilitate the shipping process. Guests can opt for either regular or expedited service, depending on their needs and timeframe. First Luggage will handle all aspects of the shipment, from pickups to the hotel to customs clearance and timely delivery. Pricing depends on the dimensions and weight of the luggage, destination and which service is chosen, regular or expedited.
