The Vera Tel Aviv Launches New Local Experiences

Tel Aviv’s 39-key sustainable hotel The Vera has announced a range of new programs to immerse guests in the city’s art and culture. Located on Lilienblum Street and open since 2018, The Vera is a hyperlocal, industrial-chic boutique hotel. It is also the city’s first boutique hotel to ban all single-use plastic.

This month, The Vera has launched a range of personalized activities, inviting guests to discover the Mediterranean. Among these is a “Local Anthology” tour curated by The Vera’s concierge team. The tour showcases high-quality creatives and producers in the city, and guests are invited to connect with the local culture and support the community. They can also discover unique artisan ceramics studios, hidden coffee shops, small eateries and a local whiskey distillery.

Having played host to local artists each month, including Dima Korma, Adee Ardon, Amit Kanfi and more, The Vera serves as a haven for young, local talents to exhibit and share their artistic expressions with both local and international guests. All pieces on display were created in the hotel and visitors will be able to discover Tel Aviv’s multifaceted art scene.

Guests can also enjoy a complimentary guided running tour, learning about the city’s history and culture. Guided by an expert runner and ambassador of the Tel Aviv Adidas Running Club, guests will be taken on a personalized journey through lesser-known spots and streets. Participants can immerse themselves in the local culture, exploring sides of Tel Aviv that are often overlooked, including murals, unique buildings and a range of artistic expressions.

The Vera’s bi-level rooftop affords far-reaching vistas across the streets of the Neve Tzedek and Lev Hair neighborhoods and out towards the sand and sea. Complimentary for all guests staying at the hotel, and available on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, The Vera offers a guided yoga class on its wooden rooftop deck lined with greenery, sunbeds and umbrellas. The experience is followed by a buffet-style breakfast by in-house chef Asa Naftali Schwartz.
