DuVine Cycling + Adventure Co. has introduced four itineraries aimed at serious cyclists. Expanding its “Challenge” segment, DuVine has relaunched tours in the Italian, French and Swiss Alps with a focus on conquering Europe’s toughest climbs with fewer transfers, increased professional support and a sharper focus on serious riding. Each departure is led by expert cycling guides and includes Colnago V4 road bikes with DuraAce Di2 shifting and custom Rapha x DuVine cycling apparel.
Also among new itineraries for bike aficionados is a special one-time departure in partnership with premium bike brand Colnago.
Redesigned “Challenge” Tours
- “Dolomites Challenge Bike Tour” (Level 4): For cyclists wishing to ride the greatest and hardest climbs in the Italian Alps, this six-day trip tackles the legendary Passo dello Stelvio and Passo di Gavia, plus Mortirolo, Passo Fedaia, Passo Falzarego, Passo Giau and more. Bragging rights include 45,955 total feet of elevation and 273 miles covered on diverse terrain including the Sellaronda loop in Alta Badia, car-free passes such as Pampeago and switchbacks on the Passo Pordoi.
- Departure dates: July 6–11, July 20–25, August 3–8 and August 24–29, 2025
- “Alps Challenge Bike Tour” (Level 4): Cyclists will push their limits as they ride hard through the French Alps, conquering HC climbs made famous by the Tour de France: the Alpe d’Huez, Col du Galibier, Col de la Croix de Fer, Col d’Izoard and Col de la Bonette. In the secluded Maritime Alps, guests will have pristine roads all to themselves and earn KOM status on lesser-known passes like Col d’Allos and Col de la Cayolle. Daily rides average 55 miles and over 8,000 feet of elevation gain.
- Departure dates: July 13–18, July 27 to August 1 and August 3–8, 2025
- “Switzerland Challenge Bike Tour” (Level 4): This cycling journey across the Swiss Alps begins at Lake Geneva and travels through four cantons on diverse terrain—cobbles, gravel and switchbacks included. Guests visit the UCI headquarters in Aigle before knocking key climbs off their bucket list: Col du Pillon, Juan Pass, Susten Pass and Mittelberg Pass. Highlights include riding the three “Giants of Switzerland” in a single day—Furka, Nufenen and Gotthard—plus rest and recovery at five-star hotels in Gstaad and Andermatt.
- Departure dates: June 29 to July 4, July 20–25, July 27 to August 1 and August 10–15, 2025
Colnago Partnership
- “Colnago Tuscany Bike Tour” (Level 3): In partnership with Italian bike manufacturer Colnago, DuVine operates an exclusive departure in a place deeply familiar to both brands: Tuscany. This trip includes accommodations at Borgo San Felice and Castiglion del Bosco; the opportunity to ride with former pro Andrea Tafi who won the Paris Roubaix on his Colnago C40; an invitation to dine with a Colnago designer; a bike fitting with a Colnago mechanic; and a supply of Colnago kits—all while chasing Tuscany’s cypress-lined roads and iconic strade bianche gravel on a Colnago C68 road bike.
- Departure date: October 5–10, 2025
